A Bee Gee's birthplace is to be refurbished into 20,000 feet of office space.
The former Jane Crookall Maternity Home saw over 32,000 births in its 65 years of operation, including Bee Gee Sir Barry Gibb.
Maternity services relocated to Noble's Hospital in 1992, and since 2011 it has been the headquarters of the Department of Health and Social Care.
It will now become part of the Westmoreland Village plan by the Manx Development Corporation, which includes 133 new dwellings.
