Manx Care has agreed a new pay offer for staff.
The total consolidated pay award for 2022/23 amounts to 6% plus a £1,500 increase in each pay point.
On average, this means a combined 8.75% pay rise for the financial year.
Since the health body was established in 2021, salaries have increased by between 11-19% depending on pay grade.
The new rates of pay will be effective from April 1 2022, with the new rate and arrears being paid in January.
