An Island bank will now offer a brand new mortgage package for residents.
Conister Bank launched the service yesterday saying it wants to offer more options for locals.
Managing Director of the bank Douglas Grant says mortgages are an important market on the Island and this will allow the customer more choice.
He also says this will provide additional lending opportunities for the company.
