Manx archer receives prestigious award

A Manx archer has earned a prestigious award for her tireless work in promoting the sport.

Lesley Sleight was presented with the English Field Archery Association (EFAA) Presidents Award at the English National Indoor Championships in Bedford.

Her season so far has seen her claim three world records along with World and European titles - she's started 2020 by emerging victorious in both the English and Scottish Indoor Championships in the Ladies Traditional Recurve Class.

Lesley is thanking the EFAA and Isle of Man Sport for their work, support and guidance in enabling her to compete in the sport.
