The Mannanan will still set sail from Liverpool this evening, despite earlier concerns about the weather.
It will leave at the slightly earlier time of 6.30pm - all passengers have been updated of the change.
It's intended that the Manxman will leave for Heysham at it's usual time of 8.15pm, with the early morning return crossing, setting sail at 2.15am.
The weather is forecast to worsen over the next 48 hours, with disruption expected tomorrow and Wednesday.
