Work to replace a manhole cover will mean a busy route into Douglas will be made one-way later this month.
The westbound side of South Quay will shut to traffic just after 9am on Tuesday, February 28th.
The Department of Infrastructure says the closure will stretch from the junction of Douglas Head Road to the entrance of the South Quay industrial estate.
It's due to reopen at 4pm or sooner if the work finishes early.
