Fashion retailer M&Co - which has a store in the Island's capital, has gone into administration.
It's the second time the company has collapsed in just over two years.
An official post on its website says Teneo Financial Advisory Limited was appointed as administrators last week.
It's believed no immediate redundancies have been made as of yet.
