A man who forgot to put R-plates on his car has been ordered to keep them on for an extra six months.
Michael Thomas Beedie represented himself when he appeared before magistrates in Douglas.
The 27 year old from Westbourne Drive in Douglas admitted the offence as well as failing to produce his insurance.
He was fined £100 for each charge, ordered to pay £50 in costs and will have to keep his R-plates on for another six months.
