A Laxey man who failed to attend court is due to face an allegation of having a vehicle in a dangerous condition.
Miles Andrew Bilton of Fairy Cottage in Laxey was due to appear before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse, but failed to attend.
He's charged with having the unroadworthy vehicle on June 11, but hasn't yet entered a plea.
Magistrates issued a new summons and he's next due before the bench on August 24.
