A man who denies assaulting a woman has been banned from contacting her while he awaits trial.
Finn Dennis Ledwidge of Manor Park in Onchan appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 21 year old pleaded not guilty to common assault on August 30 in Hilary Road in Onchan.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t contact his alleged victim or go to her address, and he’ll next appear in court on November 3 for a pre-trial review.
