A Douglas man who breached a domestic abuse protection notice has been put on probation.
Declan McBurnie of Hillside Avenue appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 23-year-old admitted breaching the notice the day it was issued after bumping into his ex-partner at his cousin's house and again on April 14.
He argued with her before smashing a mirror and glasses and refused to let her leave.
McBurnie was handed an 18-month probation order and made the subject of another domestic abuse order.
