A man’s walked free from court after allegations he possessed an indecent image of a child were dropped.
David Kenyon Gilbert of Cushag Road in Peel had been charged with one count of possessing indecent images of children on January 17 in 2019.
He’d denied the offence.
Prosecutors offered no evidence and the charge was marked as dismissed.
