A man living in America is to return home to Cumbria next month - by setting off across the Irish Sea from the Isle of Man on a paddle board.
Adrian Angell has been training on the Ohio River and the journey will raise money for Diabetes UK.
The chemical engineer tackled the English Channel in 2018, and says the trip to Seascale could take up to 10 hours.
He's hoping to set off from the Island in early May, but the exact date will depend on weather conditions.
