A Douglas man will appear in court later this month charged with failing to leave licensed premises.
Arthur Richard Oyler Torin of Hilary Park was excused appearing before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 27-year-old is said to have committed the alleged offence on December 3.
His case was adjourned, and he's next due to appear on January 20.
