A man who tried to have £450 worth of cannabis mailed to him will be sentenced next month.
Daniel James Glassey of Palace View Terrace in Douglas was excused appearing before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 31 year old pleaded guilty to producing cannabis on September 24 last year and possessing cannabis and cocaine on October 4.
At an earlier hearing, the court was told police intercepted a parcel containing 15 grammes of cannabis - and when they searched Glassey’s home they found more drugs.
During police interview, Glassey answered no comment to all questions put to him.
Mrs Hughes granted an adjournment to allow the probation service to complete pre-sentencing reports, and he was bailed to appear again on May 17.
