A man will be sentenced in January after admitting burgling a Douglas house as its residents slept.
John Alan Johnson of James Street in Douglas appeared before Acting Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 45 year old pleaded guilty to burgling the house in Stevenson Court in Douglas on November 23 and possessing cannabis on the same date.
Prosecutor Hazel Carroon told the court Johnson made off with cash, car keys, £208 worth of medical cannabis and an Amazon Fire Stick but left an Xbox behind as he fled the scene after waking the householders.
The hearing was told he was identified through doorbell footage and had previous convictions for similar offences.
Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody and committed him to the Court of General Gaol Delivery for sentencing - he'll appear there on January 5.
