A man will appear at his trial in April after denying failing to provide a breath specimen to police.
Alexander Kennedy of Main Road in Colby represented himself when he appeared before Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks at Douglas Courthouse.
The 47 year old denies the charge which dates to October 31 last year.
He was bailed to appear in court again for the start of his trial on April 22.
