A man who’s admitted stealing from the Home of Rest for Old Horses will appear in court again later this month.
Jonathan Ffinlo Pressley of Alberta Drive in Onchan appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 37 year old admitted stealing a substantial amount of building materials from the charity’s Richmond Hill premises between February 1 and 14.
A further charge of taking a tipper truck without the owner’s consent from the site on February 8 was withdrawn by prosecutor Hazel Carroon.
Mrs Hughes granted Pressley bail, and he’ll appear in court again on April 30.
