A man from Ramsey is trying to raise £10,000 online to help a friend who's house was badly damaged by fire.
Alex Boyde of Ramsey stepped in after an electrical fault at his friend's home caused the blaze at the start of last week.
His friend, who also lives in Ramsey, was uninsured - and so Alex started a JustGiving page to raise the money needed for repairs.
