A man from Douglas has raised over £2,000 for an Island charity in memory of his friend.
Ashley Burgess completed this year's Parish Walk to fundraise for Craig's Heartstrong Foundation, a heart screening charity.
He managed to accumulate £2,652 in donations.
Ashley did it for his friend, David Oliver, who sadly passed away earlier this year from a heart defect - he says he had a great support team, including both his and David's workplace, Premier Gateway International, and it wouldn't have been possible without the donations.
