Police are appealing for information after an unprovoked assault in Douglas on Saturday.
It happened just before midnight near to The British Pub on North Quay.
A man was approached by a group of males and was then punched in the side of the head.
Police say the man they believe was responsible was around 18-years-old and was wearing a dark coloured tracksuit.
Anyone who witnessed what happened has been asked to contact Lord Street Police Station.
