Prosecutor Rebecca Cubbon told the hearing before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse Mr Bollon is alleged to have turned violent after being turned away from 1886.
She claimed the 34 year old knocked a man unconscious outside Shoezone before members of the public intervened.
