The identity of the man who died as a result of the collision near the Hawthorn Pub on Monday has been released.
He’s been confirmed as 34-year-old Alexander Williamson.
Alex was riding a Suzuki Motorcycle when he collided with a blue Renault Modus, a Blue Ford Mondeo was present, but not involved in the collision.
It occurred at approximately 4.25pm on the Peel to Douglas Road.
