23 year old Harry Catlow of Milner Park appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes, and admitted disorderly behaviour on licensed premises.
The court heard he'd grabbed a doorway and refused to move at the Courthouse on Athol Street when security staff tried to talk to him about an earlier incident he'd intervened in.
Noting he had a previous conviction for provoking behaviour, Mrs Hughes imposed a binding-over order to run for 12 months with a £500 recognizance.
