A Port St Mary man has appeared in court accused of polluting controlled waters on the Isle of Man.
54-year-old Patrick David Lewis, of Beach Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week.
He allegedly put waste oil into a stream on December 14th last year - his company Paddleman Ltd has also been charged with the same offence.
A two-week adjournment was requested - bail was granted until his next court appearance on June 28th.
