A man’s appeared in court accused of dangerous driving at high speeds through residential areas and failing to stop for police.
Stephen Graham Whittaker of The Promenade in Port St Mary appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 26-year-old has not yet entered pleas to one count each of dangerous driving and failing to stop on August 16.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500 and he is next due to appear in court on September 2.
