A man's been handed a suspended jail term for killing a Manx Grand Prix competitor in a crash in the UK.
Mark Butterworth died after Antony Whitaker pulled out in front of his motorbike in Hambleton in Lancashire in June 2022.
Mr Butterworth recorded a 29th place in the 1970 Senior TT.
At Preston Crown Court, 78 year old Whitaker admitted causing death by careless driving and was sentenced to nine months in prison suspended for 20 months.
He was also banned from the roads for 18 months.
