A man's been handed a fine and driving ban after failing to provide a breath sample to police.
William Daniel Hays who is 37 and of Smetana Close in Castletown appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The chef pleaded guilty to the offence after he was stopped in his car by police on May 27 and didn't complete a breath test.
Hays was fined £2000, ordered to pay £300 costs and banned from the roads for five years.
