A Douglas man who fled from police after they attempted to search him for drugs will be sentenced next month.
31-year-old Daniel Brian Corlett, of Broadway, ran away from officers on Lord Street in the early hours of February 1st.
They believed he was under the influence of drugs - he ended up on the roof of a nearby property, when he came down a cup which he'd been holding was retrieved which contained cocaine.
At Douglas Courthouse last week Corlett pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of the Class A substance and obstructing a drug search.
Social enquiry reports have been requested before he's sentenced on April 27th - he's been bailed in the meantime.
