A Glen Maye man's been fined after being convicted of having no car tax for the fourth time in two years.
Edward Michael Lewin of the Lhargan didn't attend court when his case was called by High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He'd previously admitted having no vehicle licence, and charges of driving without due care and attention and using provoking behaviour were dropped after prosecutor Hazel Carroon offered no evidence.
The court heard the 42 year old had two convictions for having no car tax in 2019 and another in 2017.
Mrs Hughes said after those cases, Lewin should have known he needed to tax his car.
She fined him £150.
