A man caught holding his mobile phone under a cubicle divider at the NSC has also been convicted of filming up a shopworker's skirt.
Hasan Gogebakan of Queen's Promenade in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 41 year old pleaded guilty to using provoking behaviour on September 3 and a public order offence on September 5.
Prosecutor Hazel Carroon told the court unemployed Gogebakan was caught by a woman in the changing village as he pushed his phone into her cubicle.
When he was arrested, police searched his phone and discovered a video taken up the skirt of a woman in a shop in Port Erin two days earlier.
He later claimed he'd dropped his phone in the NSC and hadn't realized the camera was on.
Magistrates jailed him for four months, suspended for two years, and ordered him to pay £800 costs.
