A Port St Mary man will appear in court again later this month over a string of crimes he’s alleged to have committed just before Christmas.
Ashley Robert Gardener of Station Road appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse.
He hasn’t yet entered pleas to charges of disorderly behaviour on licensed premises, being drunk and disorderly, assault, using threatening words or behaviour and resisting police on December 21.
His advocate asked for a one-week adjournment while he examined evidence and advised his client.
21 year old Mr Gardener was bailed in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t contact witnesses in the case, enter licensed premises or buy or consume alcohol in public.
He’ll appear in court again on January 21.
