A male will appear in court this today after a bomb hoax at a Government building yesterday.
Police were called to Hillary House yesterday afternoon following a warning that there could be an explosive device somewhere in the premises.
At 3.15pm the building was evacuated whilst a search of the building was carried out.
The 42 year old Douglas man was arrested and has since been charged.
