A 51-year-old man has died as the result of a diving incident.
Police say they are currently investigating the sudden death
of the man which happened yesterday in Port Erin.
The coastguard was paged at around midday along with the lifeboat. The coastguard supported paramedics with treating the man and extracting him via a basket stretcher to a waiting ambulance.
Police say at this time his cause of death is unknown.No further details have been released.
