A man's denied using threatening behaviour towards police on Douglas promenade.
48-year-old Ian Ronald Goldsmith of Demesne Road in Douglas is said to have verbally abused an officer on May 31 in the Sunken Gardens.
Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood granted bail.
He'll appear in court again on July 18 for a pre-trial review hearing.
