A court's heard a man's accused of holding down a 12 year old girl as he sexually assaulted her.
The Douglas man can't be named after Tynwald members voted to pass laws that prevent the media from identifying alleged sex offenders.
He appeared before magistrates to plead not guilty to indecently assaulting a child.
The bench granted bail and he's next due to appear in court on October 3.
