A man has denied sexual assault after an incident in a Douglas pub.
The man, who can't be named under new laws protecting the identity of alleged sex offenders, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies sexual assault and failing to leave licensed premises at the Queens Hotel on Douglas Promenade on April 26.
The court heard he approached two women outside the pub and made a lewd remark before squeezing one of their thighs - he was asked to leave by the manager but refused.
The case was adjourned until July 2 and he was bailed on condition he doesn't contact his alleged victim or enter the Queens Hotel.
