A man who denies resisting police will appear in court again in August.
James Marcus Doherty of Marathon Drive in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 38 year old denies resisting officers in Robert Stevenson Close in Douglas on May 14 - a further charge of criminal damage on June 2 was withdrawn by the prosecution.
Mr Doherty was bailed in the sum of £500, and will next appear in court at a pre-trial review hearing on August 25.
