A man is facing trial after pleading not guilty to failing to take a breathalyser test.
48 year old Stephen Kenneth Hall of Glebe Aalin in Ballaugh appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The court heard he was arrested on July 6.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 and will appear in court again at a pre-trial review hearing on October 3.
