A man who denies drink-driving will go on trial next February.
Daniel Andrew Quayle of Cooil Drive in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 37 year old pleaded not guilty to the allegation, which is said to have taken place on September 10.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 and will next appear at the start of his trial on February 13.
