A man has denied domestic abuse against a former partner.
Charlie Marshall, of Birchill Close in Onchan, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 29 year old denies a domestic abuse offence between May last year and March this year - he's said to have grabbed a woman by her neck and prodded her in the ribs.
Marshall was bailed on condition he does not contact his alleged victim, and will appear in court again on June 4.
