A man’s been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery over allegations he tried to have £24,500 worth of cocaine posted to him.
Anthony John Richard Lyons of Spring Valley Road in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 34-year-old denies being concerned in producing the class A drug and possessing it on January 13.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 and committed to stand trial in the higher court on a date to be fixed.
