A man from Andreas has been remanded in custody as he faces a charge of causing grievous bodily harm.
Daniel Justin Kepple Woodbridge of Larrivane Meadows appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse.
The 27 year old hasn't yet entered a plea the charge, said to have been committed on October 4.
There was no application for bail and Mr Arrowsmith remanded him in custody to appear again on December 8.
