A man has denied assaulting a police officer and being drunk and disorderly outside a Douglas club.
Paul Daniel Kelly, of Darragh Passage in Douglas, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 56-year-old denies assaulting the police officer while resisting arrest and being drunk and disorderly outside the Outback in Barrack Street on January 28.
The case was adjourned for a pretrial review until May 7 and Mr Kelly was bailed in the sum of £500.
