A man will appear in court again this month accused of assaulting a prison officer.
Donovan Kitching, whose address was given as the Isle of Man Prison, appeared via a live video link before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
The 36 year old denies assaulting the officer in the jail’s B wing on March 13.
There was no bail application and he was remanded in custody to appear in court again on September 22 for a pre-trial review hearing.
