A man convicted of a string of motoring offences after leaving the scene of a crash has been remanded in custody.
25 year old Paul James Galbraith of Derby Road in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse via a live video link.
He was convicted after a trial of driving without due care and attention, failing to report an accident, having no insurance, failing to produce his driving licence, failing to change a vehicle’s ownership and having two faulty tyres.
There was no application for bail and Galbraith was remanded in custody until his next appearance on December 15.
