A man’s been committed for trial over three allegations of indecent assault over four years.
Michael Gregory Frank Ashton of Whitestone Terrace in Ballasalla appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 36-year-old denies three counts of indecent assault as well as inflicting actual bodily harm on a woman between 2013 and 2017.
He was committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery and bailed on condition he doesn’t contact witnesses in the case.
He’ll appear in the higher court on a date to be fixed.
