Police are appealing for information to an incident that occurred in Douglas on Wednesday morning.
A witness reported to the police that they had seen a man at the side of the road in Hilberry Green committing an indecent act on himself.
The male is described as being in his late 20s or early 30s.
He was about 5,9ft tall, with short brown hair, of a very slim build and possibly had bad skin on his face.
The police would ask anyone with information regarding this incident to contact Lord Street Police Station.
