An Australian man has been cleared of causing death by dangerous driving.
Forty-two-year-old Craig William Waghorn was acquitted after a five-day trial at Douglas courthouse.
Mr Waghorn was the driver of a car in a fatal collision on the main Douglas to Ballasalla road in June in which motorcyclist Robert Kneale from Ballasalla was killed
