A man has been awarded money towards loss of earnings after a case against him was dropped.
43 year old Pacifique Kubwimana of Duke Street in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
He'd been charged with making a false statement to obtain a driving license, but cleared after the prosecution offered no evidence.
Kubwimana was granted a loss of earnings application for an amount to be determined.
